In your experience with other sales operations, implementations, or
processes, what would you say about CenterStone that differentiates the
way they approach you as a customer and the implementation?
I’d say that they are, compared to other experiences that we had, they are
really hearing what we are saying. They are really asking a lot of questions
about “What do you think about the product? Have you got any problems?”
They are always proactive and asking a lot. To be honest, others can just
sell you a product and after, they don’t really care about what’s going on.
So they are always ready to help and even, as I say, proactive and to be
sure to be ready to answer our questions when they will appear.
The best thing, in fact, is the promotion. Before training, it’s really important
to promote this new solution for the people to be after more, say, motivated
by this new product.
