Many of our clients choose to use flat files, sending us data from their ERPs that is formatted for easy loading into the CenterStone’s products. We support multiple file structures to easily get your customers, products, inventory, price schedules, product attributes, rep and territory assignments, payment terms and discount schedules, substitution or associated products, invoice and forecast data, into the system. Some of these files lend well to incremental updates through web services and we can support that for you too.

For order integration, we support published APIs, flat files, or ANSI X12 EDI. We’ll send you an EDI 850 and receive back an EDI 855, or EDI 856, displaying this rich order status information to your users.
